Wayne advises private equity sponsors, healthcare organizations, investors, and developers on strategic transactions and development projects where financing, risk allocation, and complex liability exposures can materially influence valuation, execution, and long-term value creation.
He has advised on more than $12 billion of M&A transactions and over $3 billion of real estate and infrastructure development projects across healthcare, infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy, utilities, technology, and financial services sectors. Wayne also advises Main Street and lower middle market businesses on acquisition, recapitalization, and growth transactions supported by SBA financing.
Unlike many transaction advisors, Wayne continues to support clients after closing by helping them manage claims, contingent liabilities, and insurance recoveries that may affect financial performance and long-term value.
